Summary

Coffee contains a small number of vitamins and minerals. If you drink many cups of coffee a day, you will also get high antioxidant nutrients. The main active ingredient in coffee is stimulant caffeine, which can improve body energy levels, brain function, metabolism rate and exercise performance in the short term. Multiple studies have shown that people who drink coffee have a much lower risk of dementia, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease in the elderly, and a significantly lower risk of cirrhosis and liver cancer. The more coffee you drink, the lower the risk. People who drink coffee have a lower risk of depression and a significantly lower chance of suicide.

Evaluation

In short, if you are sensitive to high cholesterol or caffeine, or pregnant women, you should take care not to drink more than 1 cup of coffee.
For others, a reasonable amount (1-6 cups per day) of coffee is good for you. It can prevent serious illnesses, boost your spirit and muscles, and even help you lose weight. Remember, as long as you drink toxin-free, special and carefully brewed coffee, you can and should enjoy it, knowing that it's good for you.
