Description of Client:

Center for Student Involvement is a team of professional and student staff who are committed to creating better communities by providing ESU students opportunities to lead and participate as positive agents beyond the classroom.

 

Project Background & Description of Audience:

The Center for Student Involvement uses an online platform (Hornet Life) that we use and that we encourage and have the expectation that student organizations utilize as well. However, we are constantly running up against the “I don’t know how to do that” statement from various people involved.

Give this short description, the CSI request would be a perfect client for the ID project, and even multiple projects based on the scope of each.
